An event titled "New Journey" programme was organized on April 17th at the main auditorium of the Human Resource Development Center with the aim of providing information on the formalities associated with retirement and managing potential changes post-retirement for the employees retiring from the Bokaro Steel Plant in April 2024.   The program commenced with a welcome address by Deputy Manager (Personnel - Final Settlement) Ankita Dev, who briefed all attendees about the programs objectives along with information about the new medical claim scheme. Dr. Jaya Lakshmi, Medical Officer (Medical & Health Services), and yoga expert Dr. Vinay Yoga enlightened the steelworkers about health management.   Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) Samir Kumar Roy provided detailed information to the audience about financial management. Rohan Singh and Ravi Sharma from HDFC Bank advised the attendees on investment options and banking facilities. Sangita Kumari, ACT (Personnel - Final Settlement), concluded the event by informing about the final wrap-up activities. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Deputy Manager (Personnel - Final Settlement)  Ankita Dev.
